Using Watts-ON, our M&T platform, we are able to monitor and measure the effectiveness of JDIs (Just-do-it), energy efficiency recommendations we identify during our kaizen workshops. The JDIs are simple no/low cost opportunities that can be implemented easily and save energy immediatly without using large capital investments. However, their actual implementation and maintenance must not be taken for granted once our Consultants leave site.
