Training on the installation, programming and use of universal IOT devices

We keep on developing our skills and competencies in the facility management sector.
Since our last update, we have completed a series of training on the installation, programming and use of universal IOT devices for the remote control of building management systems. We are now able to specify, install and program controller PLCs which are integrated on building management systems to monitor and optimise their operation and reduce energy consumption of HVAC systems.
These controllers not only allow to build an internal custom logic for the management of building services based on external inputs (i.e. external air T or humidity level), but also to collect BMS parameters to allow external devices to apply new algorithms to the existing BMS logic.
Thanks to these features, these devices establish a perfect synergy with WATTS-ON, our fault detection and diagnostic platform. We are now pushing on with the creation of code that will enable us to receive data from any site, including metering and occupancy data, to enhance the way the BMS controls building services evolving from the conventional time and temperature control-based inputs.
This is very exciting news for the hospitality and commercial building sectors whose energy consumption should be closely linked to building occupancy. However, this technology has interesting applications also for our industrial clients where various internal parameters should be considered in the operation of the manufacturing industry support services.
